My weekly online coaching programs include relevant running related exercises, running training sessions & stretches depending on your goals and fitness level.
The programs are written by myself on a weekly base, gradually building up your strength, cardio, flexibility thus your overall fitness & running performance.
The programs are tailor made for you with individual focus.
Additional advice regarding gear, diet, supplements will be given.
In order to get a better understanding of your goals I usually schedule a skype call before you start the 15 week online coaching program & at least 1 call during the 15-week program.
